My name is Connor J. Sweetwood, and I'm an Archaeologist and Technical Writer with over three and a half years of professional experience across multiple disciplines, cultures, and countries. I've taught English in Korea and Colorado, excavated human remains in Hawaii, drafted maps for the academic journal Antiquity in the UK, and served as an archaeologist in Death Valley National Park.
As an archaeologist, writer, editor, GIS specialist, and graphic designer/cartographer, I am proficient in ArcGIS, QGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Trimble TerraSync, and Pathfinder.
You may have seen my maps in locations such as Live Science, ABC News, IFL Science, Haaretz, and many more.
I strive to harness insightful, nuanced, and eloquent communication to convey complex subject matter clearly and precisely across multiple disciplines.
